Job Summary
Inside Sales Co-Ordinator
Our client a very well-established Freight Forwarder is now seeking an experienced Ocean Freight Sales Co-Ordinator to work within their sales department based in the Felixstowe area.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue quotations for both new and existing customers as well as overseas agents.
Work closely with the Sales team to help identify opportunities and support business growth.
Handle and coordinate Ocean Freight Shipments including both LCL and FCL import & export.
Manage Air Freight quotations and bookings both efficiently and accurately.
Arrange and confirm bookings with carriers and service providers.
Provide support to the field sales team where required ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Proactive and confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
Salary: 30-35 According to experience
Benefits Competitive salary pension scheme bonus potential and structured working hours (Monday to Friday 9am5pm)

Required Skills:
Requirements: At least 2 years experience in Ocean freight forwarding sales. . Strong understanding of pricing weight/measure incoterms and freight cost calculations. Proactive and confident communicator with excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
