Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with 23 years of hands-on experience to design develop and optimize business applications using Power Apps Power Automate and Dataverse. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps
  
• Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate
  
• Create manage and optimize Dataverse tables
  
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint Microsoft Teams Outlook SQL and other systems
  
• Identify and resolve app performance delegation and scalability issues
  
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective app solutions
  
• Conduct detailed requirement discovery sessions to understand functional and technical needs
  
• Ask targeted questions to clarify workflows logic and automation requirements
  
• Prepare technical documentation solution outlines user guides and estimation sheets
  
• Collaborate with developers project managers and technical leads to validate solution feasibility
  
• Participate in technical discussions and solution presentations when required
  
• Stay updated with emerging Power Platform features automation trends and best practices
  
• Support solution handover and coordination with delivery teams after approval
  

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in Power Platform / Power Apps development
  
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Power Automate and Dataverse
  
• Solid understanding of business process automation
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of SDLC
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  
• Microsoft certifications (PL-100 / PL-400) are a plus
  
• Experience with documentation proposals and effort estimations is a plus
  
• Familiarity with Azure AWS AI-based solutions and integration best practices is a plus
