ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and delivery requirements
- Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance their performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supplier processes and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers fostering collaboration and open communication
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Engineering Quality and Operations to resolve supplierrelated issues and drive process improvements
- Conduct supplier risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure a reliable and resilient supply chain
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supplier development and incorporate them into our processes
- Support new product development by collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely and successful product launches
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
- Required experience
