Job Summary
As a Supplier Dev Engineer II here at Honeywell you will hold a critical role responsible for driving the optimization and improvement of our organizations supplier base. You will play a pivotal part in enhancing supplier performance fostering innovation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to a dedicated team of supplier development engineers and professionals.
In this role you will impact our supplier development by bringing your extensive expertise and experience to our organization. You will play a critical role in driving supplier performance and ensuring that our suppliers meet the highest quality standards. Your contributions directly impact our organizations operational excellence and overall success.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and delivery requirements
- Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance their performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supplier processes and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers fostering collaboration and open communication
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Engineering Quality and Operations to resolve supplierrelated issues and drive process improvements
- Conduct supplier risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure a reliable and resilient supply chain
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supplier development and incorporate them into our processes
- Support new product development by collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely and successful product launches
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
- Required experience
