Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key business partners and suppliers.

  • Lead spend analysis and cost optimization initiatives across assigned categories; identify track and report savings opportunities.

  • Support the Senior Sourcing Manager by compiling organizing and analyzing data for end-to-end sourcing events (RFQ RFP RFI).

  • Develop maintain and monitor supplier performance scorecards; drive supplier relationship management (SRM) and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support supplier risk assessments by monitoring Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and ensuring at-risk suppliers complete required milestones.

  • Manage supplier escalations and negotiateF; negotiate tradeoffs to reduce risk of line-down or supply interruptions.

  • Negotiate unfavorable price variances and tariff impacts with suppliers to minimize impact to P&L.

  • Support S&OP meetings with top suppliers by compiling data updating KPIs and scorecards capturing meeting notes and tracking action items.

  • Analyze internal data and market intelligence to support development of supplier negotiation strategies and cost-reduction initiatives.

  • Support compliance-related sourcing projects led by the Senior Sourcing Manager.

  • Support New Product Development (NPD) sourcing activities as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement logistics or supply chain within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Engineering Operations Management or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to absorb information and solve complex problems efficiently.

  • Solid knowledge of sourcing and procurement procedures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Word).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Procurement Operations Logistics Planning and Forecasting.

  • Financial management experience including budget development and cost control.

  • SAP experience strongly preferred.
