Your Impact

About You

• You have a strong academic background.

• You have solid experience (at least4years) withindebt and capitaladvisory with proven execution ability and origination skills across Belgium.

• On top of your strong numerical and analytical skills you have alsodemonstratedsound strategic thinking skillswith a clear understanding of capital structures and funding alternatives.

• You haveexcellent report writing skillsand can translate complex financing and modelling outputs into clear clientfriendly materials.

• You are an independent thinker with the ability toidentifyproblems and contribute to the development offinancingsolutions.

• Yourecomfortable discussing financially related commercial topics.

• You have a strong affinity with Excel and financial modelling and are comfortable buildingchallengingand reviewing complex models used for debt capacity analysis covenant headroom liquidityplanningand transaction structuring.

• You have proven your ability to work on a range of projects simultaneously to demanding timetablesin a transactiondriven environment.

• Yourea highly motivated ambitious self-starter willing to take advantage of the opportunities this position offers but also a team player.

• Experience of working with small teams and managing people.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Commitment to high quality standards and detail-oriented person.
