As our Digital Engineering Visualisations Manager you will be hands-on leading a small team to produce high-quality accurate and compelling 3D/4D visual outputs. Your work will drive tender wins safer and smarter project delivery and clearer stakeholder communication.

You will guide your team to turn complex construction ideas into easy-to-follow sequences crafting animations interactive models and simulations. You will collaborate with digital professionals (spatial survey BIM engineering) project delivery teams and stakeholders ensuring every visualisation is trusted on spec and on time.

Were looking for someone with:

A relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in engineering design digital/BIM construction or ICT
Proven experience delivering digital visualisations in infrastructure or construction environments
Experience with industry-standard visualisation and AEC tools (e.g. Twinmotion Civil 3D Revit Navisworks)
Understanding of construction sequencing and can communicate concepts visually
Experience using GenAI responsibly to enhance visualisation outputs
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills and puts safety first
Solid problem solver customer focused and takes pride in quality work
