$20 per hour

401K with Day 1 Fully Vested 6% company match!

40 hours/week-- Monday-Friday-- Normally scheduled 8hours/day - between 7:00am - 4:30pm

Hours may vary based on businessneed.

Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting customers in a prompt professional manner
Answering customer calls professionally politely and promptly on a multi extension phone
Assist with pulling orders and entry into the database for processing
Provide recommendations or solutions to customers regarding HVAC products
Accurately process orders and manage customer accounts
Stock inventory as needed in the showroom
Price out basic quotes& product availability from vendors
Process warranty claims
General cleaning & showroom upkeep
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Customer Serviceexperience required.
Sales experience is preferred
Distributor knowledge a plus.
Computer literate and able to learn an inventory system.
High school diploma or GED completion is required.
Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
The physical abilities required for this position includewalking; grasping; kneeling; crawling; reaching; carrying; stooping; crouching; standing; sitting; climbing; lifting (up to 100lbs).
