Days evenings & : $20 per hourExpected start date: 3rd November 2025Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Customer ServiceEnsure guests feel welcome and spa therapists and other team members with client needs before and after guests with information about spa services packages and any questions guests may have offering recommendations or directing them to appropriate staff when a calm and relaxing atmosphere in the spa at all with the open and closing of the spa Maintenance & CleanlinessMaintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas including treatment rooms pool side relaxation areas and locker that all areas meet health and safety standards maintaining high standards of cleanliness and the spas facilities to ensure they are in proper working order reporting any maintenance issues to the & Inventory Assist with preparing towels robes and linens for and replenish supplies such as towels toiletries and special events or spa promotions as directed by the Spa experience in a spa or hospitality setting is a plus but not customer service skills with a friendly and professional to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced attention to detail and organizational to maintain a calm and positive attitude under to work well in a team environment and collaborate with spa be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and Resorts is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building a workplace that values diversity and ensures equal opportunities for all.
