Legal Counsel - Cambridgeshire
Client
An international science and technologygroup
Role
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts/agreements
- Providing high quality and pragmatic legal guidance on a wide range of matters across areas such as IP corporate employment and real estate
- Wide commercial exposure across this growing businessworking closely with an experienced legal team as day-to-day business partners across the group
- Ad hoc commercial and corporate projects across the groups UK businesses
- 2 years PQE solicitor witha commercial background
- Experience of/an interest in working in the science/technology sector is an advantage as is experience with service contracts
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proactive and adaptable torelevant legal developments and regulation changes across sectors and geographies
