We are hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in South Africa to support outbound pipeline generation targeting mid-market and enterprise-level buyers. This role is designed for an experienced SDR who thrives in high-intensity outbound environments and is intentionally seeking to remain in an SDR role long-term rather than viewing it as a transitional position.
The ideal candidate has a proven outbound sales track record is highly process-driven and performs well in a fast-paced metrics-oriented environment. Outreach will focus on senior decision makers with a strong preference for candidates who have experience selling into technical or cybersecurity-adjacent markets.
This is a hands-on outbound role with clear performance expectations and opportunities to expand responsibilities over time based on demonstrated performance.
Execute high-volume high-quality outbound prospecting across email phone LinkedIn and related outbound channels contacting approximately 200300 new prospects per week
Target senior and technical decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise organizations with thoughtful personalized multi-touch outreach
Build and own qualified outbound pipeline by initiating conversations qualifying interest and booking introductory meetings for the sales team
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity and pipeline quotas
Run qualification calls and over time conduct select demos or sales meetings based on performance and readiness
Conduct detailed account research to identify the right personas decision-makers and internal champions
Maintain accurate CRM records and strong pipeline hygiene within HubSpot ensuring complete activity tracking and follow-ups
Collaborate closely with sales leadership and the Head of GTM to refine outbound strategy territory planning messaging and targeting
Nurture early-stage opportunities to support long-term pipeline development
Develop deep product and domain knowledge to credibly engage technical buyers on topics such as client-side attacks browser security and ourplatform
Continuously improve outbound effectiveness through testing performance tracking and process optimization
Proven experience in an outbound SDR role
Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound prospecting environments
Strong written communication skills particularly for email and LinkedIn outreach

Similar outbound and enrichment platforms
Comfortable operating in a performance-driven metrics-oriented environment
