We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Lead GTM Recruiter to support InvoiceClouds Sales and Go-To-Market organizations. This role plays a critical part in scaling high-performing Sales and GTM teams owning full-cycle recruiting for business-critical Sales (including Enterprise level talent) Marketing Revenue Operations and GTM enablement functions and serving as a trusted consultative hiring partner to GTM leadership with a strong sense of urgency and accountability for outcomes.

- Personallymanages senior-level and hard-to-fill Salesand GTMsearches frominitialoutreach through offer close and onboarding with minimal supervision.
- Leads offer strategy negotiation and candidate closing in partnership withPeopleleadership to ensure competitiveequitable and transparent outcomes.
- RepresentsInvoiceCloudexternally with professionalism and credibility strengthening long-term relationships with Sales candidates and talent communities.
Drives Efficiency
- Designs and executes proactive sourcing strategiesincluding outbound outreach referrals and community-based approachesto build andmaintainrobust Salesand broader GTMtalent pipelines.
- Maintainsaccurate high-quality data in the ATS and recruiting systems to support reporting forecasting and compliance.
- Tracks analyzes and shares recruiting metrics toidentifyfunnel bottlenecks improve conversion rates and continuously refine recruiting practices.
- Builds and documents recruiting playbooks frameworks and best practices that enable consistency and scalability as the business grows.
Innovative
- Leverages AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation to improve sourcing effectiveness personalize outreach analyze recruiting funnel performance and increase overall recruiting efficiency whilemaintainingtrust fairness and data integrity.

Requirements
- 8 years of full-cyclerecruiting experience with a strong focus on Sales or Go-To-Market roles in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Experience recruiting in the payments fintech or electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) space is aplus butnotrequired.
- Demonstrated success hiring senior-level or business-critical Sales talent in competitive markets.
- Proven ability to partner with Sales leaders and influence hiring decisions using data judgment and market insight.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing passive talent managing offer negotiations and closing candidates.
- Strongproficiencywith modern ATS and recruiting technologies (e.g. Greenhouse LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing automation analytics and AI-enabled tools).
- Exceptional communication organization and stakeholder management skills.
