As our businessgrows Cabco is seeking a Senior Communications Cabling Technician to work outof Dartmouth. A self-starter with a passion for technology you are comfortableworking independently and as part of a team in a collaborative goal-oriented have a reputation for being reliable customer focused and approach yourdaily work in an efficient highly organized manner.

Responsibilitiesand Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in the installation troubleshooting and integration of structured cabling.
  • Communications Cabling Specialist (CCS) certification preferredor willingness to work towards it.
  • Ability to act as a site lead.
  • Positive attitude and ability to effectively communicate with staff vendors and customers.
  • Interest in technology and willing to learn new skills via interaction with our Premises Security and Telecommunications teams.
  • Ability to work in a physical labor workplace.
  • Willingness to travel to all job sites nightshifts/weekends (as required).
  • Comply with all safety regulations and meet safety training requirements to maintain a successful safety record.
  • You have a reputation for being reliable and approach your daily work in an efficient professional manner.
  • Experience working on lifts is considered an asset.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
