Eligibility

To be eligible for the Shell GraduateProgramme:

  • You are required to have graduated prior to your first day at Shell.

  • You are eligible to work in Poland.

  • Youmustbe pursuingor have completed a bachelors ormastersdegree.

  • Youneed to have less than three years of professional work experience.

  • Youare able tospeak English fluently.
