You will lead a program that forms the foundation our MSAC aquatic pathway supporting swimmers from their very first lessons through their own individual swimming journey with opportunities for progression into our MSAC squad and high performance environments or fitness and recreation the roleIn this role you will lead and support swim teachers and supervisor staff to deliver high quality Learn to Swim programming with a positive culture and environment for staff and students alike. You will oversee the daily administration of swim school programs managing rostering timesheets program delivery and customer enquiries to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all families. Working closely with the Swim School Manager youll have opportunity to contribute to ongoing program development marketing and communication initiatives as well as participate in building staff capability with involvement in recruitment induction and ongoing development to maintain and build strong teaching will bring strong swim teaching experience a sound understanding of Learn to Swim pedagogy and confidence supervising programs or leading teams. Your communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with staff and families will support a high quality program. You will be organised adaptable and committed to continuous improvement with competence in enrolment systems and Microsoft Office and the required qualifications including Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety First Aid/CPR and a current youll love itYou will work in one of Australias most diverse aquatic environments where community programs and high performance sport operate side by side.
