As we continue to expand and innovate we are investing in the digital platforms that power our services - and we are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer skilled in Typescript/Node to help drive that transformation.

Why this role matters

As a Full Stack Developer you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing the systems that keep our business moving - from customerfacing portals to the internal tools that supportclaims processing technician scheduling service tracking and insurance workflows.

Your work will directly impact how quickly and smoothly customers receive support how efficiently our teams operate and how we continue to raise the bar for service quality across the industry. You will collaborate with product operations and customer service teams to turn realworld challenges into smart scalable technical solutions that elevate the entire customer journey.

What you will be doing

Leading and contributing to development projects both independently and within a collaborative team.
Working with designers to create intuitive userfriendly web and app interfaces.
Transforming ideas into prototypes across both front and backend.
Producing clear technical specifications and maintaining documentation.
Deploying and supporting live applications used across the business.
Providing occasional client training and support.
Continuously developing your skills to meet evolving project needs.
Supporting and enhancing existing systems as part of ongoing development.

What you will bring

Technical skills

HTML/CSS/JavaScript
JavaScript frameworks (Node React etc.)
Linux and Docker
Oracle and CouchDB
TypeScript
Version control (Git / SVN)
