This role supports daily occupancy and revenue goals by ensuring reservations are accurately entered maintained and communicated across : $20Shifts: Full-time/Permanent. Days evenings & Responsibilities Guest Reservations & Customer ServiceRespond to guest inquiries via phone email and online platforms in a professional and welcoming mannerAssist guests with booking accommodations spa access packages and promotionsProvide accurate information regarding availability rates policies and amenitiesHandle reservation modifications cancellations and special requests efficientlyEnsure a seamless and positive guest experience from first contact to arrivalReservation System & Booking AccuracyAccurately enter and maintain reservations in the Property Management System (PMS)Maintain up-to-date guest profiles notes and preferencesEnsure reservation data accuracy to support smooth operations across departmentsRevenue & Payment CoordinationProcess payments deposits refunds in accordance with policiesTrack cancellations and no-shows to support occupancy and revenue goalsAssist with basic revenue and reservation reporting as requiredSupport gift card tracking and promotional booking coordinationCommunicate discrepancies to management or accounting as neededCommunication & Operational SupportCollaborate with Front Office Guest Services Spa and Reservations & Group TeamCommunicate special requests VIP notes and operational needs clearlyAssist in resolving guest concerns related to reservationsSupport day-to-day administrative tasks and departmental initiativesPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsPrevious experience in reservations guest services or hospitality is attention to detail and organizational verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks manage time efficiently and work in a fast-paced with online travel agency platforms and booking with reservation systems and property management Resorts is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building a workplace that values diversity and ensures equal opportunities for all.
