Job Summary

Second Shift (2:30pm-10:30pm) Senior Industrial Maintenance TechnicianAMSOIL INC. has an exciting opportunity as an Industrial Maintenance Technician. The Industrial Maintenance Technician position is a highly skilled role responsible for leading and performing complex maintenance activities troubleshooting advanced equipment issues and training maintenance technicians. This role ensures equipment uptime and reliability minimizing production downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the position has a work schedule of Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 10:30pm (with occasional overtime) and reports onsite to the AMSOIL Center located in Superior Wisconsin. Since this is a 2nd shift position it will include a $2 per hour shift Responsibilities:Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatics and control with root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent machine schematics blueprints manuals and other technical documents to resolve complex machine and execute preventative maintenance schedules for critical predictive tools to identify potential failures in equipment or upgrades or replacements based on lifecycle analysis and performance/downtime dataProvide technical guidance and training for Maintenance Technicians as a subject matter with Process Engineering Operations Safety and Quality on equipment modifications and reliability capital projects equipment installation and commissioning and improve CMMS data accuracy and in a safe manner and follow AMSOIL safety with AMSOIL State and Federal procedures for safety and environmental all safety and quality issues in a timely fashion escalating as continuous improvement projects as Requirements:Two-year technical degree in Industrial Automation or Maintenance or equivalent combination of related training and experienceProficient in PLCs motor controls HVAC VFDs hydraulics and mechanical systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsIntermediate computer skillsStrong electrical and mechanical aptitudeStrong experience in machine HMI applications including machine settings error logs calibration programing and operationValid drivers license clean driving record and the ability to be insurable for AMSOIL INC. vehicles requiredPreferred Requirements:10 years of experience in a high-volume production facilityCMRT LicenseOSHA 30 TrainingNFPA 70E TrainingSkilled in CMMS (Limble) usage including writing to troubleshoot Allen Bradley Details:Pay Type - HourlyPay Range isMin: $32.45 per hourMax $43.89 per position also comes with a $2 per hour shift pay rate is based on education experience and/or : Paid time off and paid holidays each yearEmployee bonus program401(k) with company matchPaid life short-term disability and long-term disability insuranceCompetitive health benefitsHealth savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) optionsAffordable group dental vision critical illness and accident insuranceEmployee discount on productCorporate gym membershipIf you have any questions or need assistance with the application process please email:
