Senior Nurse (Registered Nurse) - 50000 Full-Time
The home provides residential nursing dementia mental health and palliative care for adults with a Good CQC rating and established clinical systems. This role combines hands-on nursing with unit-level leadership supporting daily standards governance and continuity of care in a stable well-run service.

What Youll Need
- Registered Nurse status (NMC)
- Minimum of three years experience as a Senior Nurse or Unit Lead Nurse in a care home
- Strong clinical knowledge across complex and long-term conditions
- Experience with safeguarding CQC processes and clinical audits
- Confidence using electronic care planning systems
What Youll Do
- Deliver and oversee safe effective clinical care on shift
- Complete CHC checklists and support DoLS/LPS processes
- Lead clinical audits quality assurance and governance checks
- Supervise support and appraise nurses and care staff
- Manage medication processes and lead GP rounds
- Take overall charge of the home in the absence of the Manager
