Department Description

Allica Cashflow Finance delivers lending to meet the funding needs of growing established profitable businesses who do not have tangible collateral available to offer in support.

Our growing team of specialists share a common focus on structuring funding solutions for those clients and delivering an exceptional relationship experience.

During the origination process we gain a deep understanding of each business. This informs both facility structuring and risk management as well as providing the foundation of our ongoing relationship.

Role Description

The Cashflow Finance Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting and assisting the Regional Leads with the origination structuring and completion of new-to-bank opportunities. During this process the Associate will help gather analyse and interpret a considerable amount of client and market information ensuring it is presented clearly and persuasively.

This is a dynamic hands-on role at the heart of our client origination and delivery process. The Associate will act as a key link between the bank prospective clients and professional advisers ensuring a smooth and efficient client journey from first introduction through to facility completion. Working closely with internal stakeholders and our panel firms the role offers direct exposure to senior decision-makers and a deep understanding of how lending solutions are structured and executed.

Principal Accountabilities

Collation organisation and presentation of transaction-related information including financials.
Working with a range of financial information including year-end accounts management accounts and forecasts and presenting these using Allica templates.
Maintaining accurate and current pipeline records using Allica CRM system.
Engagement with other team members to ensure efficient progress of new business opportunities as they transition to completion and into relationship management.
Complying with all mandatory policies and develop and adhere to operational procedures to maintain a strong internal control environment.

Personal Attributes & Experience

An ambitious and naturally proactive individual eager to contribute to the success of a small developing team. Customer focus attention to detail and strong initiative will be key personal attributes.
Able to interpret detailed financial information including balance sheet and cash forecasting assess funding requirements and model the impact of sensitivities to such forecasts.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
Desire to help the bank and its customers achieve their goals and ambitions.
Experience of working competently with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
Experience of working with different business functions to specific deadlines with strong organisational skills.
