Your Role as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
As an LVN with Remedy Home Health you will deliver hands-onskilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide skilled patient-centered nursing care based on individualized care plans
Accurately document all visits assessments and treatments using electronic health records (EHR)
Communicate effectively with patients families and the home health care team
Ensure compliance with Arizonahome health regulationsand company policies
Help patients meet their health goals through compassionate and professional nursing
Qualifications for Home Health LVN Jobs
- Current Arizona Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accreditedvocational nursing program
- Minimum1 year of nursing experience(home health experience preferred)
- Physical ability to assist and move patients as needed
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency with electronic charting and care coordination software
- Valid drivers license reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in Sun City and surrounding Maricopa areas.
