During your internship at the Front Office you will be part of a professional and warm team that provides the first and last point of contact with our guests. You will contribute to a flawless guest journey and together with your colleagues ensure an unforgettable first impression and a pleasant stay.
What You Will Do
As a Guest Experience Trainee you will support the Front Office and Guest Relations team in delivering five-star luxury service. You will play an active role in welcoming guests dealing with VIPs and amenities supporting complaint handling and contributing to improved LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and Forbes Travel Guide addition you will support the butler and concierge teams where necessary and assist with sales activities in our own Concept Store. This internship is intended to offer you a broad and practical learning experience within the luxury hospitality industry.

Operational experience in the front office with high-level guest contact Motivated to gain experience and learn in the chosen department Willing to work effectively in a dynamic environment Attention to detail and precision in task execution Positive and dynamic team player Good communication skills to collaborate with the team and management Ability to maintain a positive attitude Striving to get the most out of your internship.
Nice to have
Passion for luxury hospitality You know how to enjoy life both at work and in your private life Social skills Experience in the hospitality industry.
