WhatYoullBe Doing:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Territory Manager to join our team covering a diverse and thriving region across Melbourne. Youll be stepping into an established territory with a broad mix of accountsfrom local operators to large-scale customersand working closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive growth and deliver value. This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact in a high-potential market.

Youll play a key role in shaping the future of the territory by building long-lasting relationships providing exceptional account management and delivering strategic solutions to our trade customers. Whether youre working with roof tilers plumbers builders or store teams youll bring people together and influence outcomes. This is a growth-focused role ideal for someone with strong sales experience commercial acumen and a hunger for career progression.

We are looking for a motivated account manager that thrives in a fastpaced fieldbased role. You will be managing multiple stakeholders strengthening longterm customer relationships and representing Dulux with professionalism supported by solid sales experience strong negotiation skills and confidence using Microsoft tools and CRM systemsplus bonus value if you bring project or construction knowhow.
