Job Title: Production Coordinator

Position Overview

We are a growing residential window replacement company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to schedule installations manage warranty fulfillment and maintain clerical records. This role is critical to ensuring jobs are scheduled correctly internal record-keeping is precise and homeowners receive an excellent experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment communicates clearly with customers and internal teams and takes pride in keeping projects running smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate residential window replacement projects from contract through final installation

Schedule installations inspections and service calls

Order windows and related materials; track deliveries and resolve discrepancies

Communicate with homeowners regarding timelines scheduling and updates

Review contracts measurements and job details for accuracy

Maintain accurate project records in CRM and production software

Proactively identify and resolve scheduling material or installation issues

Assist with permits inspections and warranty documentation as needed

Qualifications

5 years of experience in production coordination project coordination or construction administration (residential preferred)

Experience in window replacement roofing siding or home improvement is a plus

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency with CRM systems scheduling software and Microsoft Office

High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Customer-service focused with a professional demeanor
