The Senior Analyst RCS&I working under direction of the Director Revenue Cycle Systems and Integrity uses data analysis to identify areas of opportunity impacting teams across the Revenue Cycle Systems and Integrity department providing both actionable data and visual representation of key data. They will also act as the administrator for the UK Revenue Cycle Systems request system for changes to dictionaries in Meditech Expanse (SharePoint/Service Central). The Senior analyst will also support and drive process improvement initiatives providing data to streamline and automate manual processes where possible.

What youll do:

• Data Analysis: Obtains and presents actionable data to support operations of Revenue Cycle Systems and Integrity teams (CI RI RCS). This may include charge data dictionary reviews or any other data required to support team operations

• Data Presentation: Provides clear and effective visual representation of data relating to RCS&I department to be used for reporting key metrics and performance stats

• Request Management: Acts as system administrator for RCS&I request management system making changes and optimisations as appropriate

• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as an SME for Revenue Cycle related data helping to support accurate reporting and data needs.

• Process Improvement: Work closely with the RCS team to improve processes supported by data streamlining workflows and automating where possible utilising support from Parallon.

What youll bring:

• Data analysis (SQL PowerBI).

• Experience with Meditech or similar EHR.

• Business Analysis and projects experience.

• Strong multi-level stakeholder management abilities

• Proficient understanding of UK Private Healthcare Revenue Cycle technology and terminology
