The role will be based in our Bath office with hybrid working available.

Key Responsibilities
General duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage administer and maintain the firms Microsoft 365 environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on the entire application estate to ensure it is running optimally at all times.
- Install new and upgrade existing applications as defined by the IT Strategy and Investment plans.
- Ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems and processes.
- Liaise with external suppliers on known issues their resolution and technology roadmaps.
- Work closely with the IT Trainers to assist in producing software related training materials.
- Provide hands-on assistance with projects outside of main scope of the role.
RequirementsEssential
- A minimum of 1 years experience with Microsoft technologies M365 Teams SharePoint
- Previous experience in laptop configuration repackaging management and performance tuning.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Exposure to system development / coding / integration
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills and prioritisation of workload
- Ability to work with others in a team and work effectively to deadlines
Desirable
- Training in programmes such as Azure M365
- Good knowledge of Mobile Device Management Technologies.
- Good SQL knowledge and experience.
- Good knowledge and experience in InTune.
- Understanding of ITIL Framework
- Previous application knowledge on applications such as Case Management Systems and Time Recording
