In this role you will be working as a Junior Estimator supporting electrical focused projects. You will be responsible for preparing job estimates by reviewing specifications performing material takeoffs managing bills of materials and part numbers coordinating vendor pricing and supporting project handoff to the project management team. Electrical experience is a plus but strong estimating fundamentals and takeoff experience are the primary focus.

This position is a contract to possible permanent role and is primarily on site with limited remote flexibility available.

Qualifications

Experience with estimating takeoffs or pricing within construction or related projects is preferred
Electrical estimating experience or exposure is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills
