Maintenance LeadLocation: SPA Inc. - Milford OHSPA Inc. a TRG company and subsidiary of Schwarz Partners is currently seeking a Maintenance Lead to support our Milford OH facility. As a Maintenance Lead you will be responsible for maintaining all equipment to minimize down time including setup operation and recommendations for improvements. Also responsible for training department staff on equipment operation and repair.1st shift hours are from 7am-3:30pm Monday through the Royal Group we are committed to your employees. SPA REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING SKILLS & ABILITIES:Detail oriented organized and dependable with time management skills.2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing years experience in the corrugated box industry preferred with heavy experience in electronics mechanical hydraulics pneumatics and school diploma or equivalent. College and/or related technical courses written and verbal communication competence and experience with the Microsoft energetic motivated and dependable worker who is dedicated to the job and willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the A MAINTENANCE LEAD AT SPA INC YOU WILL:Provide training work direction and guidance while performing work in one or more of the skilled Plant Manager in scheduling work and determining needs for equipment and supplies. Report regarding work completed referring unusual technical or personnel issues to the Plant in purchase installation repair and maintenance of various machines and plumbing; perform welding and metal out diverse skilled activities involving the repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities; designate and monitor the work of personnel in order to achieve the completion of diverse tasks in relation to building and schedule assign and coordinate the work of one employee to accomplish a wide variety of duties related to the building all paperwork neatly correctly and in accordance with company the utilization of equipment by maintaining the machinery to run at available capacity and ability to use all aspects of the maintenance software safety and security procedures; determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials original thinking and creativity; meets challenges with work necessary hours and shifts as AN INDUSTRY LEADER SPA INC.
