Role Specifics and Benefits: As the L&D RN youll perform comprehensive labor assessments continuous fetal monitoring and timely hemodynamic evaluations adjusting care plans in collaboration with physicians anesthesiology and neonatal teams. Youll manage labor progression administer medications and analgesia (including epidurals in coordination with anesthesia) assist with deliveries and cesarean births and provide immediate newborn assessments resuscitation readiness lactation support and parental education for discharge planning.
