what you need to succeed

To excel as a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Case Manager at the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board you must possess strong interpersonal skills empathy and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations are essential for building client trust and rapport.

To qualify for this position candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Services such as Social Work Psychology Sociology or Counseling
• One (1) year experience in case management services.
• Valid Virginia Drivers License.

In addition excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently will enable successful coordination of services and resources for our clients needing care.
