Job Description

• Lead the technical design development and implementation of complex enterprise applications and integrations ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

• As a solution expert collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners business analysts and infrastructure teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

• Perform code reviews provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to enterprise applications ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications deployment procedures and support guides.

• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance our enterprise application landscape.

• Ensure the security and compliance of enterprise applications with internal policies and relevant industry regulations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application performance reliability and maintainability.

Job Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise application development and engineering.

Desired Qualifications:

• Oracle Transportation Management Fusion SaaS Cloud Certification

• Proven expertise in designing developing and deploying scalable and robust enterprise applications

• Hand-on experience with Carrier Integration and large scale deployments.

• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and technologies (e.g. REST SOAP Kafka ESBs).

• Experience with relational databases (e.g. Oracle SQL) and NoSQL databases.

• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and experience with PaaS native applications.

• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and LEAN Agile practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

• Experience with SOX and IT governance practices.
