Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Engineer with 10 years of experience specializing in terminal construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and compliance of all construction activities fostering a culture of safety excellence and implementing robust safety protocols to mitigate risks. This role requires expertise in safety management regulatory compliance and risk assessment within large-scale terminal projects.

Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans tailored to terminal construction projects.

Ensure adherence to safety standards regulations and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor construction activities to ensure proactive identification and resolution of safety risks.

Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure that all safety equipment and measures are in place and functioning effectively.

Lead investigations into safety incidents identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Maintain detailed records of incidents and safety performance metrics.

Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to integrate safety measures into project plans.

Prepare and present regular safety reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Safety Engineering Civil Engineering Environmental Health and Safety or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in safety engineering for large-scale infrastructure projects.

At least 5 years of experience in terminal construction projects including airports railway terminals or similar facilities.
