What Youll Be Doing

Dexterra Group is into the process of an enterprise-wide implementation of Dayforce. The contract Dayforce Test Lead is vital to help us deliver a smooth accurate and wellexecuted implementation.

• Build and maintain detailed test plans test cases and test scripts across Dayforce modules (Payroll Workforce Management Benefits Scheduling and more).
• Define clear testing scope objectives and timelines that support project milestones.
• Lead functional integration regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Work closely with business analysts developers and end users to validate requirements and resolve defects.
• Manage and maintain test environments and test data.
• Log track and prioritize defects using tools (such as Smartsheet).
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and help keep issue resolution on track.
• Mentor and guide QA team members on best practices and standard processes.
• Assign tasks monitor progress and provide ongoing status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure testing meets organizational audit and regulatory standards.
• Validate payroll calculations compliance rules and integrations with thirdparty systems.

Qualifications :

Who are we looking for

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science IT or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of Dayforce WFM/HCM modules plus 3 years in a QA lead role.
• Previous involvement in Dayforce implementation or upgrade projects.
• Experience working with test management and defect tracking tools (Smartsheet or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
   

Bonus points for

• Experience with automation tools.
• Knowledge of HR/Payroll compliance regulations.
• Project Management designation.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• QA certification.
