Job Summary

  • Coordinate daily housekeeping activities and assign tasks to room attendants and supervisors.
  • Update room status in the system and ensure all information is accurate and communicated in real time.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently ensuring they are logged and followed through.
  • Maintain clear communication between Housekeeping Front Office and Engineering departments.
  • Manage lost and found items ensuring proper documentation and secure storage.
  • Monitor inventory of linens amenities and supplies; assist with ordering and stock control.
  • Prepare daily reports such as occupancy room discrepancy and staff productivity.
  • Handle scheduling monthly attendance payroll and administrative tasks for the department.
  • Ensure all health safety and hygiene standards are followed.
  • Support the Executive Housekeeper and Supervisors in daily operations and special projects.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or administrative role (hotel experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in hotel PMS systems (e.g. Opera Oasys) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude professionalism and strong teamwork skills.
