Job Summary
- Assist in the preparation and baking of breads pastries cakes and other bakery items.
- Follow standard recipes portion controls and presentation specifications.
- Support the Sr. Chef and Bakery team in daily mise-en-place.
- Ensure all baked products are consistent in quality taste and appearance.
- Maintain proper storage labeling and rotation of all bakery ingredients.
- Uphold hygiene sanitation and safety standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently (mixers ovens proofers etc.).
- Assist with inventory control stock replenishment and waste reduction.
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely preparation for buffet setups events and daily service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in bakery or pastry (hotel experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques dough handling and pastry fundamentals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Positive attitude teamwork skills and willingness to learn.
