Job Summary
Infantry Battle School role: To train the required number of Officers and Soldiers to the appropriate DCC standard in order to meet the operational requirements of the Infantry and Defence in the combined arms battle.
Position role: Army Reserve focal point for DCC training.
Responsibilities:
- Lead advisor to the CO on all AR policy.
- Lead on AR projects including AR mobilisation for Op ORBITAL and taskings in support of the AFU.
- Lead on AR courses including AR battle courses and distributed training.
- Lead on training design assurance and validation for Ex COMBINED WARRIOR (R).
- Lead focal Point for stakeholder manager across AR community including visits to IBS.
- Assurance for AR pre-training and distributed courses.
- Maintenance on training results and data for LWC.
- Lead for the provision of AR guest instructors.
