Job Summary
Responsibilities:Clean building entrances elevators offices halls stairwells laundry rooms garbage rooms amenity rooms and other common areas Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups Interior and exterior garbage pick-up Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required Ensure proper and accurate inventory management Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properlyComplete other tasks and assist other sites as requiredExperience and Educational Requirements: 2 years cleaning experience requiredTechnical Requirements: Working knowledge of English both verbal and written Familiarity with technology is an asset Non-Technical Requirements: Ability to spend up to eight hours walking standing climbing stairs liftingAbility to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipmentStrong commitment to providing excellent customer serviceExcellent time-management skillsAbility to work independently and with others in a team environmentDemonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasmAdditional Requirements: Valid drivers licenseOwn reliable vehicleBoardwalk provides support in its recruitment processes to applicants with disabilities including accommodation that takes into account an applicants accessibility needs.
