Primary Purpose: Provide maintenance repairs and installation of windows and patio doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently perform basic services including:
- Screen installation
- Patio door adjustment
- Glass and window measurement for replacement
- Balance adjustments
- Repair and rebuild screens
- Other minor repairs
- Assist in maintaining and organizing tools and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace and vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with both fellow employee owners and customers
- Address basic inquiries from builders and homeowners
- Participate in developing and implementing LEAN initiatives
- Clearly documenting services performed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work productively as a part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
