The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare billing environment (pharmacy preferred) and be familiar with online claims processing and Medicaid and Medicare billing practices.

Responsibilities
Maintains current knowledge in pharmacy billing requirements related to facility (Medicare A & Managed Care) commercial third party and Medicare Part D.
Demonstrate a clear understanding and commitment to the customer first vision and communicates the philosophy and mission both within the organization to associates in their department and when externally representing the organization
Provide management oversight and direction for facility billing for multiple customers or customer chain. Duties include staff development and accountability billing quality Prior Authorization Claim Overrides and customer service
Validate Admissions payer information if missing from New Admissions
Participates in Quarterly Business Reviews in conjunction with Account Management.
Work in conjunction with Account Management to communicate billing Prior Authorization and Payer information with the customer group or chain.
Review monthly interim billing for the customer group or chain of accounts.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Companys Code of Business Conduct and Ethics its policies and procedures the Corporate Compliance Agreement applicable federal and state laws and applicable professional standards.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years of Billing and Customer Service experience
- Licenses/Certifications: As required by government regulations and business needs
- Detail oriented; goal oriented team player oral communication
