Purpose
This role understands monitors and improves IDEMIAs financial performance and supports business leaders in making the best decisions that develop the activity while preserving risk.
Key Missions
- Reviews and validates closingdata to ensure it reflects the reality of the business
- Prepare & review budget (Yearly) and forecast (monthly) process (full P&L) chasing sales team and local finance making sure figures are accurate.
- Analyze and explain variances vs budget and forecast (monthly)
- Monitor costs/OPEX and support cost control initiatives providing clear view for top management
- Support/collaborate local finance sales internal controls
- Prepare & present monthly results to the top management
- Participate actively on training for local finance sales team
- Analyzing std cost price OPEX explaining variances behind
- Bonus calculations for sales team (SIP)
- Being in contact with local and regional team and top management in France
Profile & Other Information
- Excel advanced
- Fluent English
- 2/3 years experience on controlling area
- Hands-on
- Proactive
- Analytical skills

- PowerPoint
- Power BI (as a plus not mandatory)
- System used (AX Anaplan TM1 D365) no need experience
