If you are looking to build a strong career we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Duplex Packer to join our team located at our facility in Red Bluff CA.

Your Role:

As a Duplex Packer you will be responsible for packing and inspecting products produced by a duplex machine. You will work as part of a team to produce high-quality products following established procedures and safety protocols.

• Follow established procedures and quality standards.

• Inspect finished products for defects or issues and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.

• Monitor reject bins and replace as needed

• Promptly address machine/conveyor plug-ups.

• Assist machine operator with duplex machine efficiencies.

• Monitor the product during operation to ensure that it is running smoothly and address any issues that arise.

• Ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.

• Follow production schedules and prioritize work based on production needs.

• Ensure that all work areas are clean organized and free of clutter.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ideas for process improvement.

We need you to have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience packing and inspecting products in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and protocols accurately.

• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.

• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

• Basic knowledge of math and measurements.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
