IP International Programs Part-Time ESL Instructor

Job Title: Casual Hire Part-Time ESL InstructorHawaii Tokai International College is a junior college accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACC JC). Our educational mission is to embrace the a set of living principles by which the learning community strives for excellence. The International Programs Department (IP) of Hawaii Tokai International College invites qualified ESL instructors to apply for its teacher pool for this summer of 2025. Successful candidates will be considered for temporary casual positions for our short-term customized programs on an as needed basis. IP hosts program groups of different age groups throughout the year. Appointments vary in length (a few days - 8 weeks) with teaching schedules ranging from 90 minutes to 3 hours per day. Classes are usually in either the morning or afternoon. The most teachers are needed during the months of January through March and June through Functions:Design and conduct activities and lessons based on ESL teaching methodologies.
