Position Overview

SNHA A Woolpert Company is an award-winning global architectural practice focused on performance-driven highly complex facilities for some of the worlds largest technology clients. We blend applied research strategic thinking and technology-driven design methods while seeking innovation that will define the future of our profession and drive solutions to the most complex design problems. We are seeking to hire an Architect III to join our Mission Critical practice within our Buildings Team for our Chicago IL New York NY and/or Charlotte NC offices and offer a hybrid work schedule.

What You Will Do:

As an Architect III at Woolpert you will:

• Contribute to the overall design and execution of projects from concept through completion.
• Work directly with our firm leaders and with our clients at some of the worlds largest technology companies on complex challenging projects.
• Apply a blend of collaborative thinking creativity and technical proficiency to ensure that our clients ambitious multidisciplinary projects are realized to the highest standards.

What You Will Bring:

• A Masters Degree in Architecture and a minimum of 6 years related architectural experience.
• Strong design execution and problem-solving skills. Experience on complex projects a strong asset.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects.
• Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies materials and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation.
  Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Teams etc.) as well as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop InDesign Illustrator etc.)
• Strong digital modeling skills and well-developed organization as well as strong verbal written and graphic communication skills.
