Job Summary

Job Description

The School Culture Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting our school culture development. This position will report to the Principal.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a first responder to all student removals from class
Log incidents regarding student behaviors:
1. Classroom removals
2. Out of School Suspensions
3. Uniform infractions
4. Lunch detentions served
5. Format formulate and create templates spreadsheets and documents
6. Data entry and analysis
7. Gather and assist in tracking all student behavior and attendance trends
8. Manage lunch detention policies procedures and protocols
9. Cross reference student classroom removals with teacher call logs
10. Monitor students who need a break or time away from the classroom
11. Teach a student elective
12. Assist with non-instructional supervision of students as needed such as arrival/dismissal monitoring hallway transitions lunch duty fire drills etc.
13. Substitute teaching as required
14. Any other duties as assigned by the Principal.

Qualification:

Good written and communication skills
Independent worker
Good computer skills
