Job Description
The School Culture Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting our school culture development. This position will report to the Principal.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first responder to all student removals from class
- Log incidents regarding student behaviors:
- Classroom removals
- Out of School Suspensions
- Uniform infractions
- Lunch detentions served
- Format formulate and create templates spreadsheets and documents
- Data entry and analysis
- Gather and assist in tracking all student behavior and attendance trends
- Manage lunch detention policies procedures and protocols
- Cross reference student classroom removals with teacher call logs
- Monitor students who need a break or time away from the classroom
- Teach a student elective
- Assist with non-instructional supervision of students as needed such as arrival/dismissal monitoring hallway transitions lunch duty fire drills etc.
- Substitute teaching as required
- Any other duties as assigned by the Principal.
Qualification:
- Good written and communication skills
- Independent worker
- Good computer skills
