Job Summary
Overview
Performs any of the various café duties to assemble and serve food and perform sanitation activities.
Responsibilities
- Performs procedures in any of the serving areas according to all guidelines.
- Opens and/or closes the Café.
- Cleans assigned areas/equipment according to organization standards.
- Orders collects and restocks food supplies in assigned areas.
- Displays and labels food items using menu boards and table top signs.
- Sweeps and mops as needed.
- Prepares and delivers food for catering.
- Performs catering duties.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
