Finish grinding of tooling and components using Blanchard Grinder automatic and manual surface grinder OD Grinder and jig grinder as required.Job Description:
- Finish grind tooling and components achieving final size and surface finish requirements
- Performs daily weekly and monthly as required
- Ability to perform measurement of precision components to ensure specifications are met
- Ability to read blue prints perform machine set up and operate various grinding equipment
- Ability to perform general shop math
- Ability to hold close tolerances
- Performs other tasks as requested / required
Required Skills and Education
- High school diploma
- Five years of experience working in a precision manufacturing environment operating grinding equipment
