Job Summary
A charter transportation company is seeking a Sales Representative to join their in-office team. This role focuses primarily on handling inbound leads by providing quotes answering questions and guiding customers through the booking process while also finding ways to improve customer engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities Include:
Handling inbound sales inquiries
Providing quotes and booking information to customers
Guiding customers through the booking process
Managing multiple inquiries at once
Finding ways to improve conversion and customer engagement
Supporting additional lead generation efforts
