Youll play a key role in developing future leaders and retaining top operational excellenceby managing stock sell-through executing visual merchandising strategies and ensuring compliance across payroll rostering and store smart commercial rostersthat align with wage benchmarks and ensure the most productive team members are on the floor during peak trading the Lorna Jane brandby connecting your team to our philosophy and values engaging with the local community and driving customer attraction.
