General Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining company properties through assessing and troubleshooting basic repairs periodic servicing painting cleaning and grounds keeping. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Completes routine maintenance at facilities. Maintain security and safety of the building(s) including structural mechanical and fire in planning and performing of safety drills and training. Triage and respond to maintenance and emergency requests in a timely manner. Maintains accurate logs of repairs maintenance completed and safety inspections. Assist in monitoring the work and whereabouts of outside vendors working on-site. Maintenance of heating and cooling cosmetic maintenance of the building(s) Interior and and move furniture. Hang pictures and bulletin repairs and janitorial control in areas of cleaning upkeep and other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the position. QUALIFICATIONS:Education High school diploma or At least three (3) years experience in general building maintenance and facilities management. Bilingual Spanish/English is :Minimum 18 years of age Current valid Arizona Drivers License and 39-month Motor Vehicle Report proof of vehicle registration and liability coverage to meet insurance requirements.
