The Role:

Entegris is growing and looking for a strongCommodity Manager DirectCommodityManagementto join ourPlasticFabrication Team supporting Direct Procurement. If you are a motivated individual interested in solving complex problems within the semiconductor supply chain this role may be a fit for you!

WhatYoullDo:

Drive sourcing decisions in thePlasticFabricationsor Packagingcategory that will provide an insighttobetter supplierchoices;

Lead cost saving efforts especially in areas of opportunity within thiscommodity;

Become a strong ambassador for the sourcing organization develop relationships with key Entegris stakeholders andfacilitateengagements that position organization for long termsuccess;

Develop strong relationships with suppliers technical teams thatfacilitatea deep understanding of their organizations technology roadmaps and capabilities to support Entegris productrequirements;

Assess technology/businessgaps in supplier performance and implementappropriate continuousimprovementactivities;

Partner with Entegris product development teams to lead the outsource manufacturing sourcing activities that enable organic businessgrowth;

Negotiate and manage commercial/technical supply chain to support Entegris businessneeds;

Contract negotiation with critical suppliers that provide support toAPS andMS divisions. Support sourcing cost saving and supplier development efforts across theBUs.

Proficiencyofestablishingrelationships with key business and technology partners that assure alignment and successful outcomes

Timely identification and efficient execution of key supplier projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Competency in positioning team to implement a supply base that can fully support the successful launch of new products

Identification and implementation of new supplier management elements to enhance the Global Procurement organization

The capacity toleveragekey suppliers to support Entegris growth and profitability goals

Requirements:

BS or MS in engineering supply chain orrelated;

The ability to understand total costmodels;

A leader with a strong technical background in part fabrication with the ability to effectively motivate teams to achieve collectivesuccess;

An astute capability to recognize the needs and motivations of individuals and the capability to develop and nurture a wide array of internal and externalrelationships;

Thecapabilityto quickly understand complex engagementsidentifycreative business solutions and drive successful interactions with outsidepartners;

A dedicated technology inclination for learning collaborating and continuousimprovement;

Demonstrated negotiating skills effective communication capabilities and the ability to persuade suppliers to efficiently support thelong term profitable growth ofEntegris;

Strong plasticfabricationfundamentals with the ability to apply his/her knowledge to current and emerging semiconductor manufacturing needs.

Compensation: $75000- $95000 per year with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
