As aMaintenance Supervisor you willbe responsible forplanning managing and controllingfield service operations in your assigned area.Youll be thefirst point of contactfor your team of technicians as well as for customers with any technical or service-related issues on the equipment assigned to you.
Your role will be key in ensuring service delivery meets contract expectations KONE quality standards and safety regulationswhile keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.Inthisroleyouwill:
Ensure field safety for technicians and users.
Manage andoptimizeplanned maintenance callouts and service repair operations.
Resolve customer complaints related to service quality and invoicing.
Drive sales of service repairs and follow up on sales leads.
Monitor and control operational costs and CMII.
Conduct site audits and lead accident investigations if necessary.
Validate timesheets manage workload balancing and oversee scheduling and absences.
Support technician growth training and motivation.
Lead recruitment and onboarding of new technicians as needed.
Authorize and manage technician tools vehicles phones and devices.
